Refund policy
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we don't keep a back room of stock to swap things into. that shapes how returns work here.
Defects, misprints, and damage. if your order shows up flawed — a misprint, a print defect, a damaged item, or the wrong product — we'll fix it. email hello@wearlowvolume.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. we'll reprint it or refund it. your call.
Wrong size or changed your mind. because items are made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or second thoughts. check the size guide on each product page before you order. if you're between sizes, size up — the tees run true to size.
Wrong address. if an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reach out to arrange a reship. reshipping is at your cost.
Lost in transit. if tracking goes quiet or a package doesn't arrive, email us. we'll work it out with the carrier and make it right.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. they can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
